2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Beat Licensing
When you purchase a beat from StreetChaos, you are purchasing a license to use the beat, not ownership of the composition.
Basic License
- MP3 download for personal and commercial use
- Up to 5,000 distribution copies (streams, downloads)
- Credit to "Prod. by StreetChaos" required
- Non-exclusive — the beat may be licensed to other artists
Premium License
- MP3 + WAV downloads
- Unlimited distribution rights
- Music video usage allowed
- Non-exclusive rights
Exclusive License
- MP3 + WAV + Track stems (if available)
- Full exclusive rights — beat is removed from store after purchase
- Unlimited distribution and commercial use
- Music video and sync licensing allowed
All licenses are non-transferable. Reselling or sub-licensing beats is strictly prohibited.
4. Studio Bookings
- Studio bookings require a deposit to confirm the reservation.
- The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the session.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may forfeit the deposit.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
- StreetChaos reserves the right to cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.
5. Merchandise
- All merchandise prices are listed in Kenya Shillings (KES).
- Shipping costs may apply depending on your location.
- Delivery times vary; we will provide estimated timelines at checkout.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging.
- Custom or personalised items are non-refundable.
6. Payments
- Payments are processed through Pesapal (M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard).
- If online payment fails, you may be redirected to our manual payment option (M-Pesa Paybill).
- Manual payments require confirmation by our team before orders are processed.
- All prices are in Kenya Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated.
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days where applicable.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including beats, music, artwork, logos, text, and design — is the intellectual property of StreetChaos unless otherwise stated. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is prohibited.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
- Upload malicious content or interfere with the platform's operation
- Resell, redistribute, or sub-license purchased beats without authorisation
9. Limitation of Liability
StreetChaos provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service or product in question.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
